Tweening

Came across this gem while going through Google TV web development guidelines.

Wondering if I can get more details on the same...
The info which I got is from Adobe's help

Tweening syndrome is used to save CPU power, limit the use of tweening, which saves CPU processing, memory, and battery life.

Designers and developers producing content for Flash on the desktop tend to use many motion tweens in their applications.
When producing content for mobile devices with low performance, try to minimize the use of motion tweens. Limiting their use helps content run faster on low-tier devices.

I want to know if Flash 10.1 addresses this issue, and if someone has tried running a web-based flash application (with this version of flash) with much animation content on a resource scarce device like PDA, handheld, mobile etc, it would be of help.
