BSNL has returned back with an enticing offer for their customers hailing from UP, India. The new scheme proposed by BSNL offers a landline telephone at just Rs. 20 installments per month. The scheme will extend only to the rural parts of Uttar Pradesh though. Although Mobiles may have taken over landline phones, yet there are many people in rural areas in India who rely entirely on a landline telephone.
Another option BSNL offers is a payment of Rs 200 at one time eliminating the monthly charge. With the offer, customers can also avail 20 free calls per month. With Bollywood star Preity Zinta endorsing the brand further, BSNL sure hopes to make it big in the landline telephone section.
